Job Description
Responsible for directing our sales professionals to improve their performance and help them to achieve their goals. The director's responsibilities include developing strategic plans, preparing budgets, coordinating sales training programs, directing sales activities, and ensuring the growth of the company's sales. Overall, the sales director looks for ways to increase the company's revenue and sales.
Responsibilities
- Continue to grow our current 550AED messaging business at 28% margin to 1B AED in 2026 in accordance to our D2D objectives. Position C&WS portfolio (A2P, P2P, P2A, RCS, CPaaS and Exclusive Hub Outsourcing) & any new messaging services with e& Operating Companies, MNOs and other prospects. Interact with product management team for any changes and specs
- Researching new markets and using the data to forecast sales, set performance goals, review strategies to increase revenue, and set operating budgets.
- Devising and implementing new business initiatives/sales strategies and monitor effectiveness.
- Ensuring effective training programs and assigning trained sales representatives to various territories, and setting their sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.
- Overseeing the e&s sales growth by evaluating sales reports and forecast accurately
- Presenting quarterly and annual sales results to the IR&MS leadership team.
- Presenting the company's products and services at conferences and events. Position himself/herself as a thought leader in the space to drive e& brand equity forward
- Monitoring the sales activities of competitors and utilizing appropriate ideas.
- Securing large accounts and negotiating contract agreements with customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/International Business
- 10+ years of experience in selling mobility services and solutions and managing a team n a medium to large corporation
