We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sr. E-learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective e-learning courses. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Analysis & Design:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments, analyzing content, user needs, stakeholder requirements, business goals, and educational objectives.
- Develop comprehensive learning journeys based on analysis results, ensuring alignment with instructional design principles.
2. Storyboarding:
- Create engaging and creative e-learning storyboards.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on storyboards developed by external resources.
3. Articulate Storyline Development:
- Develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and other relevant authoring tools.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance, including reviewing developed activities, writing bug reports, and fixing bugs as needed.
4. Graphic Design Skills:
- Possess a fair understanding of graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (preferred, but not mandatory).
5. Audio Editing:
- Have experience in audio editing using Adobe Audition or other relevant software.
6. AI Tool Utilization:
- Leverage AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency in various aspects of e-learning development.
7. Communication & Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project managers.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications
- excellent experience in articulate storyline development
- A creative e-learning storyboard writer
- Experience in Adobe Audition or any audio editor application.
- Have a good experience using AI tools
- Very good experience analyzing the content
