Qualifications:
§Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
§Employee Relations certification (e.g. Employee Relations Certification, CERS, Conflict Management and Employee Relations Certificate – SHRM) are preferred
§Min 4 years of experience in related roles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Contribute to talent teams to establish and execute recruitment and localization plans, attracting top talent and meeting SPPC's hiring needs
•Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new employees through orientation, training, and team-building activities
•Participate in effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a qualified and diverse talent pool
•Participate in structured interviews, behavioural assessments, and competency evaluations to ensure candidates suitability and alignment with organizational needs
•Contribute to payroll systems in collaboration with Finance, address salary queries, and ensure accuracy and alignment with policies, including adjustments with Total Rewards
•Maintain accurate HR records, medical checks, utilize government platforms effectively, and ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations
•Contribute to employee queries and grievances, provide policy guidance, and enhance the overall employee experience to maintain satisfaction and compliance
