Education: Bachelor s degree in mechanical / electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP maintenance) or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP maintenance).

Required Skills
- Bachelor s degree in mechanical / electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP maintenance) or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP maintenance).
- Manage, schedule, and oversee maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems, including reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and both corrective and preventive maintenance of fire protection systems (FPS).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of FPS, with hands-on experience in material selection, system testing, installation, commissioning, and fault diagnosis using root cause analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, and SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and familiarity with UAE regulatory codes and safety standards are important.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
