Job Description :

Bachelor's degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING
Min. 10 years UAE experience ESTIMATION ENGINEER CIVIL Senior level
Must have EQUIVALENCY CERTIFICATE
experience in BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION Field
knowledge in estimating techniques & ability to interpret cost data etc.
Problem solving, Strategic planning, Strong analytical and math
Strong understanding of engineering principles and mathematics.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Prepare project cost estimates, evaluate contractors bids, and recommend the best option to the client.
Entails determining the scope of work, gather information about the project, and develop cost estimates.
Understanding the scope of the project and developing a detailed estimate.
Generating accurate estimates using various software programs.
Reviewing of preliminary data and deliverables such as proposal specifications and drawings, as well as attending pre-bid meetings.
