Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
- Minimum (5 to 10) years experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.
- Prepare classified estimates during project development stage.
- Prepare estimate plan.
- Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
- Prepare cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).
- Coordinate with project teams to develop all requirement needed for the TIC Estimate.
- Present cost estimate report to management.
- Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).
- Familiarization with SAEP-25.
- Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Nationality
Any (Prefer Saudi Nationality).
