Task & Responsibilities:
1-End-to-End Finance Operations
- Managedaily accounting operationsacross multiple clients
- Full ownership ofXero / QuickBooks Online
- Ensure variouscycle of closing(accurate & on time)
- Handle intercompany accounting
2-Management Reporting
- Preparemonthly management accounts:
- Create variance analysis:Actual vs Budget & Forecasting andMonth-on-Month & YoY
3-Dashboards & BI (Core Value Add)
- Build and maintainPower BI / Tableau dashboards
- Design financial dashboards
4-Data, SQL & Systems
- Extract and transform financial data usingSQL
- Integrate data from multiple resources
- Maintain clean datasets for reporting & analysis
- Reduce manual reporting through automation and structured data pipelines
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 48 years experience in finance operations / accounting
- Qualified Accountant (CA/ICAEW/ACCA/CPA)
- Strong hands-on expertise inXero or QuickBooks Online
- Experience withPower BI or Tableau
- Working knowledge ofSQL
- Ability to manage multiple clients independently
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with startups, SMEs, or outsourced finance firms
- Exposure to VC-backed or high-growth businesses
