Sr. Full Stack Developer
Job Description
What You Need To Have
- Minimum 6+ years professional experience building applications.
- Strong proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred). Familiarity with Vue or Angular acceptable.
- Strong server-side experience with Node.js (NestJS or Express). TypeScript experience strongly preferred.
- Practical experience with MongoDB (or other document DBs) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting or ML integration.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web security best practices.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS preferred/Azure) and basic infra-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation) concepts.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and integrating LLMs into applications.
- Copilot Application Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and advanced AI by leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills and ability to own features end-to-end.
- Production experience with Kubernetes, AWS services (S3, Lambdas, SQS, IAM), or equivalent cloud tooling.
- Experience with document ingestion pipelines and unstructured data storage (PDF/text ingestion, OCR, parsing).
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and using vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Experience deploying and monitoring LLM-based features: model selection, cost control, rate limiting, caching, observability.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama-family) and embeddings workflows.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, observability (logs/metrics/tracing), reliability, and cost optimization.
