Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resource Personnel and Payroll professional based in Nasr City. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing payroll processes, implementing employee training programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The individual will also be responsible for fostering communication and supporting employee relations within the organization, while ensuring efficient delivery of HR services.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations to efficiently oversee organizational human resource processes.
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development for implementing effective employee programs.
  • Excellent Communication skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in payroll management and compliance tasks.
  • Proven track record of leadership and problem-solving within the HR domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in payroll systems and labor law compliance is advantageous.
