Mena Group a leading contracting and construction company with over 40 years of experience and more than 300 successful projects across Egypt and the Middle East, is seeking a Sr. Interior Designer join our C.S Engineering team.
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Customer Service Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final installation.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material selections.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Supervise junior designers and provide design guidance and mentorship.
- Attend client meetings and translate client needs into creative design solutions.
- Review shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups for approval.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is properly executed.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and company quality requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and/or similar design software.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and FF&E.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
