What You'll Do
- Programming:
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Java, with experience designing and delivering scalable, high‑performance enterprise applications.
- Frameworks:
- Advanced proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with a focus on modular, maintainable, and cloud‑ready solutions.

- Integration & Messaging:
- Skilled in Kafka, and MQSQL, with a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) and real‑time data streaming.
- Databases & Storage:
- Practical experience working with Snowflake, MongoDB, Azure SQL, Azure Database, and Azure Storage(Blob/Table/Queue).
- Any Database is fine, Azure and MangoDB is plus
Expertise You'll Bring
- Cloud:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud deployments, monitoring, automation, and cloud‑native service development.
- Domain Expertise:
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions within the Insurance domain, covering core processes, workflows, and integrations (if applicable).
- AI Tools & Productivity:
- Hands‑on experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT (including Prodigy); familiarity with Claude is an added advantage.
- DevOps / CI‑CD:
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments. Must have
- Soft Skills & Ownership:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to take full product ownership, driving solutions from initial design and implementation through to production delivery and support.
