About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is strong on the frontend with React.js and equally solid on the backend with Java. You'll design, build, and ship end-to-end features for enterprise-grade applications, working closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver clean, scalable, and performant software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Own features end-to-end — from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Write clean, reusable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and best-practice decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Strong frontend expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Redux (or Context API), and component-based architecture.
• Solid backend experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs / microservices.
• Good working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle) and writing efficient SQL.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or modern build tools (Webpack / Vite).
• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).
