Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Functions as the strategic business leader of lounges in the assigned properties. Position will oversee the development and ensure the implementation of SLA (Service Level Agreement) strategies for all business units and ensure implementation of the service and marketing strategy. The position supports operation leaders on meeting target customer needs, achieving employee satisfaction, improving cost saving strategies, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of all business units. Develops and implements market-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and goal to deliver the highest guest experience.

Job Description:

  • Review & execute all Airports Lounges Management Businesses Contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA) based on passenger feedback and operation needs.
  • Ensure that the rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Airlines and Airport Authorities are being followed as well as Airports Authority agreed rules and regulation operating Lounges.
  • Maximize the Lounges sales opportunities; ensures that clients are satisfied with the products and services being provided at the Lounges.
  • Follow-up from regional managers on guest complaints and ensure corrective actions.
  • Secure that the departments control wastage, breakage, and take suitable measure to minimize the same.
  • Ensure that the Company hygiene, quality, and temperature control standards are strictly always adhered to by all stations actively strive to improve the same.
  • Keep the VP informed on Operational matters of the Businesses and General good will of the staff and company.
  • Participate in all the meetings and briefings as per established schedules and any other meeting as and when required.
  • Improving relationship with the client, other Airlines and Non-airlines
  • Improve relationship with Airport Authorities.
  • Assist VP to Prepare and update the operations manual for all Lounges and Business Sectors.
  • Staff cross-utilization of manpower. To maintain the number of staff as per the approved manpower budget.
  • Strict monitoring of non-moving items; disposing or transferring idle fixed assets.
  • Ensure regional managers abide by 100% Food Safety and 100% Food Quality at all Lounges and business sectors.
  • Ensure strict compliance of all Lounges and Business sectors in always providing safe and hygienic food to all passengers.
  • Ensure strict compliance of all Lounges and Business Sectors in maintaining clean and tidy environment and facility all throughout.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 8–9 years of overall professional experience 7 years of specialized experience in a relevant field
  • Extensive experience in a department director role or similar leadership position
  • Proficiency in operating project management or hospitality-related systems
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities
