Job Description
Grow effectively the Messaging trading international business, achieving year-on-year growth both within e& Operating Companies and MNOs and partners in the MEA Region. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Prepare and review the market development plan. Oversee planning, scheduling, monitoring, and facilitating the sales process, marketing campaigns, contract negotiations, and projects.
Responsibilities
- Grow messaging trading international business across e& Operating Companies and MNOs within the MEA region.
- Focus on top OTTs/aggregators and key destinations contributing to 80% of revenue.
- Lead a team of sales and account managers to grow the trading business, achieving year-on-year growth towards fulfilling the D2D plan.
- Attend regional and industry events to promote e& messaging trading, build experience, and stay updated on the latest industry trends, features, and technologies.
- Regularly inform senior leadership on market changes, tactical issues, and product/service updates to support strategy formulation.
- Align with the mobility team to create synergies between mobility, exclusive hub, and trading services to drive revenue growth.
- Provide comprehensive professional customer service to upsell the existing base.
- Monitor and review sales revenues, forecasting, and pipeline growth.
- Participate in business development strategies, including identifying new markets for business expansion and revenue generation.
- Understand customers business and decision criteria; anticipate customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business
- 5+ years of experience providing mobility services in a medium to large corporation Required
