Sr.Manager - Technology Risk

Job Purpose:

Lead the Bank's Technology Risk Management function by providing independent oversight of technology, cloud, digital, data, and third-party risks, ensuring robust governance, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen controls and support a secure, resilient, and well-controlled digital banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report technology risks across infrastructure, applications, cloud, digital platforms, and third-party services.
• Lead the Bank's Technology Risk Management framework, governance, and oversight activities.
• Provide independent challenge and risk oversight for major technology initiatives, system implementations, cloud migrations, and digital transformation programs.
• Oversee technology control effectiveness, issue remediation, audit findings, and regulatory actions to ensure timely resolution of risks and control gaps.
• Monitor technology incidents, operational disruptions, and resilience risks, ensuring appropriate escalation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee technology-related third-party, outsourcing, and cloud service provider risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery oversight for critical technology services.
• Prepare and present technology risk insights, emerging risks, and governance reports to senior management and relevant committees.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, IT Audit, Technology Governance, Operational Risk, or related control functions, with significant banking sector experience.
• Proven experience in technology risk frameworks, governance, risk assessments, control oversight, and issue management within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of banking technology regulations, operational resilience, cloud risk, outsourcing risk, and technology controls.
• Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, senior management, and executive stakeholders.
