sr. mechanical estimation engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Sr. Mechanical Estimation Engineer. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical components of projects, reviewing technical drawings and project requirements, analyzing materials, labor, and equipment costs, and ensuring estimates comply with technical standards. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise, reviewing project specifications, conducting site visits for inspections, and supporting the tendering process through accurate and timely cost projections.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and experience in creating technical drawings
• Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Knowledge of Maintenance operations and best practices in mechanical systems
• Understanding of construction industry requirements and mechanical processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Prior experience in estimation or cost analysis will be an added advantage
• must be near to Heliopolis - El Hejaz
• Graduated from AUC, BUE, GUC, Ain shams, or Cairo university
• must have experience about 7-8 years as tender in construction industries.
