About the Role

Our client, a leading technology and networking solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader to join their Professional Services team. This is a senior customer-facing role responsible for delivering complex service provider and data centre transformation projects, with expertise across Cisco ACI, Service Provider Routing Technologies, and Network Security.

The successful candidate will provide architecture, design, implementation, migration, and optimization services for large-scale enterprise and service provider environments while acting as the technical authority for project delivery, customer engagement, and engineering excellence.

About the Requirements

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, migration, and optimization of complex Service Provider, Data Centre, Security, WAN, and SAN network environments.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, BoQs, NIPs, migration plans, operational procedures, and customer deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership across Cisco ACI, Nexus, ASR, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN/VXLAN, Security, and Automation projects while ensuring successful customer outcomes.
• Drive troubleshooting, performance optimization, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and crisis management activities across multi-technology environments.
• Support project governance by collaborating with project managers, managing technical risks, mentoring engineers, and ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies.

About You

• CCIE certified with 12+ years of experience delivering Professional Services, Service Provider Networks, Data Centre Networking, and Enterprise Infrastructure solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Cisco ACI Multi-Pod and Multi-Site, Nexus 9000, Nexus Dashboard, ASR1000/ASR9000, IOS XR, IOS XE, MPLS, Segment Routing, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, Cisco MDS SAN, Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA, and third-party security platforms including Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Ansible automation, customer consulting, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, problem solving, and cross-functional team collaboration.
