We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operation and efficiency of our Odoo system, ensuring that it is used correctly and effectively across the organization. You will be tasked with embedding solutions within the system to improve workflows, enhance security, and support business objectives.
Hands-on experience in creating and modifying Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements is essential. A deep understanding of business needs and the ability to apply those needs to Odoo's capabilities will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize the Odoo system's performance and operation.
- Develop and implement solutions within the system to streamline business processes and improve efficiency and security.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align the system's functionalities with company goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Odoo system to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience working with Odoo, preferably the Open Source version.
- Hands-on experience in creating and modifying Odoo modules to suit business requirements.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and Python, with a solid understanding of database structure and backend development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and understand technical and functional requirements.
