Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Support in preparation of Budget & Business Plan reviews through designing effective budget module and analyzing financial information to ensure all operations are within the bank's vision, in addition to periodic forecast alignment.
- Review and provide variance explanation on actual vs. budget analysis.
- Perform new products profitability analysis.
- Perform Cost Allocation top-down approach.
- Identify performance trends for business performance.
- Update a monthly GFC commentary report submitted to top management includes the monthly performance summary highlights for the international branches and subsidiaries.
- Maintain a running database for all the data collated and refresh the same on timely basis.
- Responsible of creating and designing reports from various systems (T-insight, T24) and analyze the results for business unit heads.
- Responsible for Budgeting process and Variance Analysis.
- Dashboards for presenting bank performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Volumes for Loans and Deposits).
- Performing (NII) impact analysis and Cost of Fund by Product and Business line
- Creating Financial Models to make financial analysis to meet Adhoc requests from stakeholders.
- Performing daily and monthly cost analysis for total bank figures and by business line to support senior management in decision making compared to budget and forecast figures approved.
- Cost management through responding to budget availability requests in terms of any capital expenditures (CAPEX) additions and other operating cost.
- Follow up the budget for each department during the year and monitor all expenses during the year.
- Develop comprehensive financial models using benchmarking and process analysis to enhance the accuracy of quarterly and annual financial forecasts.
- Analyze and report on the organization's current financial status, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth research on historical financial data to identify trends and inform future financial planning.
- Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
- Review and validate accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Establish and refine financial policies to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.
- From 5 to 7 Years of experience in related fields.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency MS Excel.
