About the Job:
We're looking for a Partnership Officer to support the execution and operational management ofour strategic partnerships. This is a crucial role where you'll assist in managing day-to day partnerrelationships, focusing on efficient operational execution and ensuring our partnerships deliver onagreed-upon objectives across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will use your organizational skills andattention to detail to ensure smooth implementation of partnership activities and support the widerPartnership team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage day-to-day operations of existing strategic partnerships, including banks, tourism boards & brands, ensuring alignment with contracts and goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for routine partner communication, queries and operational coordination.
- Support the Partnership team in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key contacts at partner organizations.
- Track partnership performance metrics, gather data-driven insights and assist in preparing regular reports to monitor success and identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in the development of partnership proposals, presentations and supporting materials for new initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teamsincluding Marketing, Finance, Product and Datato facilitate the smooth execution of partnership campaigns and ensure operationalrequirements are met.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners and ensure all necessary documentationand operational setups are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor market and competitor activities to provide relevant insights that support theidentification of new partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance of all partnership activities with internal legal, financial and regulatorystandards.
Profile Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in account management, operations, or administrativesupport within a commercial environment; experience in the travel, tourism, or related
technology industry is a plus. - Solid organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks andoperational workflows.
- Foundational analytical skills with experience in data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabia and GCC markets is desirable.
- A collaborative and commercially aware mindset with a passion for execution andoperational excellence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential, Arabic is adefinite plus.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-orientedenvironment.
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn about travel andstrategic partnerships.
