Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in eCommerce and growth. The individual in this role will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, analyze campaign data to inform strategies, and identify growth opportunities to maximize ROI and revenue. Additional tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring paid media performance, and staying updated on industry trends to implement innovative marketing practices.

Strategy & Execution
  • Develop data-backed performance strategies for e-commerce brands (DTC, retail, apps, marketplaces)
  • Translate business goals into clear media plans, testing frameworks, and growth experiments
  • Work closely with creative teams to guide performance-led creative strategy (hooks, formats, UGC, offers)
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers, and funnels

Analytics & Reporting
  • Lead advanced analysis using GA4, Meta Analytics, Google Ads, attribution tools, and dashboards
  • Understand and work with conversion APIs, server-side tracking, attribution windows, and data discrepancies
  • Build actionable insights from data not just reports
  • Create clear, decision-driven performance reports for internal teams and clients

Operations & Process
  • Handle campaigns hands-on (this is not a purely managerial role)
  • Maintain clean account structures, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Stay fully up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats

Must-Have
  • 47+ years in performance marketing, preferably in a digital or performance agency
  • Strong e-commerce performance experience (not just lead gen)
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (non-negotiable)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Experience working with large budgets and scaling accounts profitably
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Retention Strategies
  • Previous experience in an agency or eCommerce-focused role is a plus

Strong Plus
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion APIs, attribution models
