SR Planing Engineer

ARX Development is looking for a Planning Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or schedule variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-Curves, manpower histograms, and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Assist in resource planning, cash flow preparation, and project scheduling activities.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and Revit models to support planning and project coordination.
• Track project performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Support the preparation of tender schedules and project execution plans.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning updates.
• Maintain planning records and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• .Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
• .Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required
• .Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit is preferred
• .Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
• .Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• .Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
