About the Company

Our client is seeking a Program Manager – Deal Management to join their team. Reporting to the Business Planning & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, implementation, and execution of strategic deal management initiatives across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and commercial acumen, enabling successful delivery of strategic business objectives.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Program Manager – Deal Management to join their team. Reporting to the Business Planning & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, implementation, and execution of strategic deal management initiatives across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and commercial acumen, enabling successful delivery of strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of strategic deal portfolios across the GCC region, including project tracking, performance monitoring, utilization management, and governance activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of deal management initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional business priorities and objectives.
  • Monitor investments, program outcomes, and commercial performance, making timely adjustments to maximize results and business impact.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize growth plans, budgets, and investment decisions in support of financial and business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner functions to secure support and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze competitor activities, identify opportunities and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and support the execution of initiatives that drive profitable business opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior experience in deal management, program management, commercial operations, or strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior-level partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L management and business performance drivers.
  • Demonstrated innovative thinking, design-thinking approach, and experience working across multiple functions.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience within Retail Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or Acquiring businesses is preferred.

Budget: 40K
