Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Senior Procurement Officer, you will lead purchasing activities across equipment, services, and suppliesensuring quality, compliance, and value at every step. You'll be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate records, and driving procurement best practices in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You Will Need To Do:

  • Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with business needs
  • Review, compare, and analyze products and services for purchase
  • Enforce procurement policies and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and supplier records
  • Build and sustain strong supplier relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance
  • Conduct market research and evaluate new supply options
  • Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and procurement reports

What We Require:

  • 510 years of procurement experience (commodity experience highly desirable)
  • Background in defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries preferred
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Progress toward MCIPS, CPSM, CPM, or CCM certification is a plus

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba
  • Strong command of MS Office tools
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
