In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring the right product is communicated effectively to the right audience in order to drive revenue. Your ability to analyze market opportunities and customer needs will guide the strategic roadmap for product development. You will work in a challenging environment that values innovation and collaboration, helping our partner achieve high performance through its team dynamics.
Accountabilities
- Define and maintain the strategic positioning of the product, ensuring clarity of value proposition, narrative coherence by segment, and alignment across branding, campaigns, and sales discourse.
- Lead product and feature launch strategies, structuring integrated GTM plans between Product, Marketing, and Revenue, including pricing, packaging, and communication materials.
- Conduct discovery processes to identify market opportunities, validate customer needs, and inform the strategic product roadmap.
- Empower Sales and Customer Success with structured value propositions, strategic materials, and ongoing training to enhance conversion, expansion, and retention.
- Support marketing campaigns and inbound initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring alignment of messaging and revenue conversion.
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS environments as a Product Marketing Manager.
- Ability to engage fluidly and influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Excellent written communication skills and market vision.
