Sr. Project Manager - (SAP Project Management) - Riyadh

Job Title: Senior Project Manager-Saudi Nationals

Location: Riyadh Experience: 10+ years (minimum 6 years in SAP Project Management)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT and SAP programs using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. The role involves full ownership of project execution from planning and governance to delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder managementensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall program and project direction, including master planning and governance standards

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence

Lead Agile methodologybased projects, including coordination with cross-functional teams

Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization

Manage change control, risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution

Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications

Escalate critical issues and risks appropriately to senior leadership

Review and approve project deliverables and work products

Ensure complete system testing and obtain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off

Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and quality standards

Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

Prepare and present accurate status reports to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

PMP certification required (PgMP preferred)

Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience

At least 6 years of hands-on SAP Project Management experience

Strong experience managing SAP and non-SAP projects across the full SDLC

Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

Experience managing large, multi-vendor or multi-region projects

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments

Experience working with Middle East stakeholders is a plus
