Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior QS Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil) based in New Cairo. The role involves creating accurate cost estimates, preparing bills of quantities, and analyzing project requirements for mechanical, electrical, and civil construction projects. The role demands efficient coordination with various teams, monitoring progress to control costs, and ensuring the quality and compliance of work. The Senior QS Engineer will be responsible for budget planning and advising stakeholders on cost-efficiency while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in quantity surveying,
• Advanced proficiency in QS skills, including measurement techniques
• Familiarity with construction practices and standards
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience with industrial projects or as part of multidisciplinary teams is advantageous.
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field
