Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc QS) from a recognized university

UPDA Certification (QS / Civil)

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying

Proven consultancy experience, including:

• Pre- and post-contract cost management
• Preparation and review of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Tender evaluation, contract administration, and variations assessment
• Interim valuations, payment certifications, and final accounts
• Cost control, reporting, and claims support
• Strong coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
