Position Purpose
To ensure the reduction in maintenance cost by enhancing the MTBF and implementing the Reliability Cantered Maintenance.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 6 Years Experience in Maintenance of rotating equipment in Oil/Gas Sector industries.
- Familiarity with pressure vessels, piping, steam boiler system and ancillary equipment
- Have sound knowledge on rotating equipment principle and operation
- Written and verbal communication skill in English Language
Principal Accountabilities
- Analyze the maintenance Philosophy and History of the assets and derive the RCM plan
- Identify the reliability programs to be implemented
- Identify the training need to build effective RCM team
- Analyze the maintenance data and find out Bad Actors
- Derive the mitigation plan to overcome the bad actors
- Conduct study on the existing assets to improve the performance and thereby reducing the maintenance cost.
