Role Description

The Sr. Sales Engineer (After-sales Services) will manage technical and sales-related support for after-sales services. Responsibilities include providing expert technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and improving customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Additional duties involve maintaining strong communication channels with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal solutions and a seamless after-sales process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, with the ability to deliver effective technical and product presentations.
  • Strong Technical Support and problem-solving expertise to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with customers and team members.
  • Experience in providing high-quality Customer Service and building positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the HR or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
