Accountabilities

  • Achieve established quarterly and annual quota goals.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting existing and new customers.
  • Manage sales forecasts and pipeline accurately using approved tools.
  • Create a 12-month rolling sales plan to monitor progress.
  • Partner with engineering teams to analyze customer needs.
  • Build strategic sales channels and manage customer strategies.
  • Establish partnerships with space agencies and defense contractors.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in high-tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar deals across Europe.
  • Experience with government and defense organizations is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Relevant sales certifications (SPIN, MEDDIC etc.) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 2540% of the time.
