Headquartered in Qatar, the company operates a dedicated Sales Office in Dubai, serving clients across the United Arab Emirates.

Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Service Sales Engineer to support our business expansion within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our market presence by developing targeted sales strategies, understanding client requirements, providing technical guidance, and building long-term customer relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing directly to the company's continued success.

Job Description

  • Attend sales meetings, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate technical guidance.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the company's full range of services and solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities; prepare proposals and deliver professional presentations to secure new contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; conduct site inspections, recommend improvements, and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales documentation, tools, and pipelines; prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience in cooling tower and/or chiller service sales.
  • UAE market experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide technical support and interpret customer requirements.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
