Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sr. Social Media & Content Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience, to join our Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key support function in managing the coordination of content and campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring BISSELL's brand is consistently and accurately represented.

You will assist the Social Media & Content Manager with the organization and tracking of content deliverables, working closely with external agencies to monitor timelines, gather creative assets, and maintain a structured archive of marketing materials. Your role will also involve coordinating social media calendars, tracking influencer content submissions, and helping ensure all digital materials are delivered, cataloged, and updated in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys playing a pivotal supporting role in Social Media & Content execution. While not directly responsible for content creation, you will be instrumental in helping campaigns move smoothly from concept to execution through strong organizational skills and clear communication.

MEET THE TEAM

We're the Integrated Marketing department. Our team looks after the Brand, Campaign & Content Development, Social Media, E-Commerce DTC, CRM, Influencers Marketing and Digital Media. Together we make up a cross-disciplinary, international team working to deliver upon BISSELL's brand purpose, to help people and pets share happy, healthy homes, in the META & India market. We move in an agile way, take utmost pride in our work, and know how to make projects more interesting and fun.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

  • Gain Hands-on Exposure to Social Media & Content Operations: Gain a solid understanding of how brand campaigns are planned, executed, and evaluated across digital platforms, including social media, web, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience Collaborating with Agencies and Internal Teams: Learn how to effectively communicate and manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders, a key skill in any marketing career.
  • Content Lifecycle Management: Build experience in organizing, tracking, and archiving digital assets, helping you develop a structured approach to content and campaign coordination.
  • Insight into Brand Strategy and Messaging: Observe and support the development of branded content, learning how companies maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across channels.
  • Influencer Marketing Exposure: Support influencer campaign tracking and documentation, gaining insight into how brands work with creators to amplify their message.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Learn how to collect and interpret performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.
  • Professional Growth in a Fast-Paced Environment: Develop strong organizational, communication, and project management skills while working in a dynamic, collaborative team setting.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • Availability of 40 hours weekly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
