As a Sr. Software Engineer at Valleysoft, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and enhancing software applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable systems aligned with business objectives. This role requires hands-on coding expertise, technical leadership, and a commitment to best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
