Role Description The Talent Management Specialist (Senior) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. The role focuses on designing and implementing talent management strategies that support AMC's business objectives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current talent pipelines, developing engagement initiatives, and partnering with department leaders to identify high-potential employees and critical roles. The specialist will coordinate training and development programs, monitor their impact on performance, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback. This role also involves preparing talent-related reports, supporting HR transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Talent Management and Succession Planning skills, with experience in building and maintaining robust talent pipelines.
  • Candidates should possess solid Performance Management capabilities, including designing performance frameworks and supporting evaluation and feedback processes.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Engagement, with a track record of creating initiatives that enhance retention and organizational culture.
  • Candidates should possess Training & Development skills, including needs analysis, program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management or HR, preferably in healthcare, financial services, or large corporate environments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use HR metrics to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools, and familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
