Job Description
MF&Associates - An Alchemy Design Studio is seeking an Interior Designer with experience in delivering hospitality projects.
* Develop, coordinate, and review architectural technical packages, including Design Development (DD), Tender, and IFC documentation.
* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
* Attend site visits and project meetings, and coordinate the review of contractors RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
* Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, applicable codes, and hospitality brand standards.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and support the timely delivery of technical requirements throughout all project phases.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
* 5–7 years of professional experience.
* Proven experience in hospitality projects is required.
* Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building systems, materials, specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Proficiency in Revit is an advantage.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
