Job Description


  • Maintain full knowledge of assigned project status and deliverables.
  • Assist in field surveys to gather essential project data.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Technical Engineers.
  • Prepare and manage schematic drawings, construction drawings, construction documents, and finishing schedules for review by the Technical Team Leader.
  • Follow up on construction document production and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Review and approve the work of Junior Technical Engineers before escalation to the Technical Team Leader.
  • Prepare brief reports on project progress and status updates.
  • Support the Technical Team Leader in handling multiple project functions at various stages.
  • Attend meetings with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with MEP & Structural Consultants to ensure proper integration of technical components.
  • Update Junior Technical Engineers on MEP & Structural changes.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans.
  • Document and maintain minutes of meetings for project follow-ups.
  • Be responsible for the preparation and revision of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Ensure all technical documents and drawings comply with company and industry standards.
  • Remain on-call and available when needed to support urgent project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 57 years of experience in technical engineering, construction drawings, and project coordination.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

  • Strong understanding of construction documents, BOQ preparation, materials, and finishing schedules.

  • Experience in coordinating with MEP & Structural consultants.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to conduct field visits and site inspections.
  • Ability to attend meetings and provide technical reports.
  • Flexibility to be on-call when required.
