Provide necessary information and feedback to Supervisors and when required
Perform preventive maintenance, for the electrical equipment, in plants according to established schedule and maintenance cycle.
Communicate major maintenance requirements to the supervisor in order to schedule corrective maintenance within the suggested / accepted timeframe
Respond to faults and failures reported in plants, electrical equipment, through the work order system; visit sites to inspect, trouble shoot and correct the fault as per supervisor instructions / schedule
Provide extensive Support / Co ordination to Specialist to
Test, Maintain and Troubleshoot Electrical equipment s (High Voltage / Medium Voltage / Low Voltage)- Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, Transformers, VFD, SS, UPS, Battery Charger, LV Control panels etc, in an efficient manner using tools and instruments and to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Carries out duties as per standards and in guidance of site supervisor and reporting of abnormal situation in a timely manner.
