SENIOR TRAFFIC ENGINEERTHE ROLELead complex traffic studies, modelling and mobility assessments across major Dubai developments, with direct exposure to RTA coordination and approvals.
WHAT YOU WILL DOo Lead Traffic Impact Studies, traffic modelling and capacity assessments
o Undertake junction analysis, signal optimisation and microsimulation
o Develop and review traffic mitigation and access solutions
o Lead technical reports, client presentations and RTA coordination
o Review traffic, junction and road designs from an operational and safety perspective
o Mentor engineers and support technical delivery across major projects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORo BSc in Civil / Transportation Engineering
o 5–10 years of relevant traffic engineering and transport planning experience
o Strong hands-on capability in SIDRA, VISSIM and traffic analysis
o Proven experience with Dubai RTA TIS requirements and approval processes
o RTA Prequalification (Traffic Impact Studies) – Required
o Strong technical writing, reporting and client-facing capability
