The Sr. Training Supervisor (Technical) is responsible for providing technical support in the delivering of various technical training programme.

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical excellence as core competence to the after sales function in support of meeting its commercial objectives.
Obtain all technical information from Honda and maintain the information flow by conducting class room & practical trainings thru out the year.
Develop technical training materials and work along with the Service Manager to link learning with performance objectives and evaluations.
Provide professional support during the development and delivery of various training programs.
Support technician, quality inspector, and workshop team leader with necessary technical skills through various trainings, coaching, and on-the-job training.
Provides information and tools for workshop team to raise customer satisfaction through fix it right the first time (FIRFT) based on Honda standards.
Train and develop qualified technicians based on Honda certification program.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering
4 to 5 years of experience in the similar function
