Sr. Treasury Specialist

Role Summary

Runs day-to-day treasury, payments and collections operations across the group's markets, cash positioning, banking operations, the corporate credit card process and the end-to-end collections cycle to strengthen liquidity and shorten the cash-flow cycle. Suited to someone process-driven who wants to bring automation into treasury and cashflow workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily cash positioning, payments and bank transfers in line with policy and approval limits.
• Maintain bank relationships and raising venture debt and working capital financing.
• Own the end-to-end cash flow cycle, receivables monitoring, customer payment follow-up, cash application and dunning, to reduce DSO and improve the cash-flow cycle.
• Manage the corporate credit card process, including card issuance, spend limits, expense reconciliation and monthly settlement.
• Prepare short-term cash-flow forecasts and track liquidity across entities and currencies.
• Monitor FX exposures and support hedging and funding execution under guidance.
• Reconcile cash and treasury transactions and support month-end treasury reporting.
• Identify and drive improvements to the cash-flow cycle, working capital and banking facilities, streamlining payment and collection workflows.
• Use AI tools to automate cash reporting, forecasting inputs, collections follow-up and payment controls.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in treasury, collections, banking operations or cash management; degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Understanding of cash management, payments, collections, credit control and basic FX concepts; multi-currency / MENA exposure a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with banking platforms or a treasury management system.
• Accurate, controls-minded and comfortable adopting new digital tools.
