Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Senior Engineer within the Infrastructure team, supporting project delivery under the senior staff and section head / manager.
- Perform and review wet utilities designs across all project stages with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and review design reports, calculations, drawings, and BOQs for pressurized and gravity systems.
- Coordinate wet utilities design with other disciplines to ensure technical consistency and constructability.
- Review contractor submissions and provide technical comments.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, applicable standards, and project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a reputable university.
- 68 years of experience in wet utilities infrastructure design.
- Strong knowledge of local standards and codes; British and Saudi standards preferred.
- Proven experience in the design and review of potable water, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, irrigation, firefighting, and wastewater networks.
- Advanced working knowledge of Civil 3D and BIM workflows for wet utilities design.
- Solid experience with hydraulic modeling using SewerGEMS and WaterGEMS.
- Good understanding of utility-related structures such as lift stations, tanks, outfalls, and stormwater facilities.
- Experienced in different storm drainage systems like surface drainage and Channel drainage systems.
- knowledge of Bentley flow master and hummer is preferable.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating and reviewing work prepared by junior engineers.
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination and underground utilities clash detection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
