Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SSIS
Monitor and optimize SSIS package performance and troubleshoot failures
Manage SSIS catalog, deployments, and scheduling of packages
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data validation and error handling mechanisms
Collaborate with database administrators and developers to integrate SSIS with other systems

General Responsibilities:

Monitor system health, performance, and availability of BI tools and services
Perform regular backups, updates, and patches for BI tools and related systems
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for BI administration
Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between BI tools and business objectives
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and data analytics
Building Analysis Services reporting models
Migrating Self-Service Reports From Oracle BI and Tableau To Power BI Self-service
Migrate Reports and Dashboards from oracle BI to Power BI

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

Experience:

5+ years of experience in administering and managing Power BI, SSIS, and SSAS
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI concepts
Experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL scripting and database administration
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI administration, including Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server
Expertise in SSIS package development, deployment, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of SSAS, including cube design, processing, and optimization
Experience with data modeling, DAX, and MDX
Knowledge of data gateways, dataflows, and Power Query
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks

Soft Skills:
