About the title:
The Staff Coordinator plays a key role in workforce coordination, scheduling, and employee engagement. This role ensures optimal staffing levels, smooth operations, and effective communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate staff schedules, shifts, and attendance tracking
* Ensure adequate staffing coverage based on operational needs
* Communicate schedules, updates, and changes to employees
* Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and adherence
* Support onboarding and offboarding coordination
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and operational support
* Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Workforce Management teams
* Prepare reports related to staffing, attendance, and productivity
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* 13 years of experience in coordination, HR, or operations
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Good knowledge of scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
