Review Preparing and processing for monthly payroll
Review all data accuracy which includes but not limited to employee salary, cost center, grade, and allowances and consolidate the data for the monthly payroll bank transfer.
Check salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Review payroll data accuracy which includes but not limited to employee salary, cost center, grade, and allowances and consolidate the data for the monthly payroll bank transfer.
Conduct all payroll related matters starting from the hiring process and ending by resignation through liaising with the Human Resources department.
Respond to various inquiries from company employees regarding payroll related issues in a timely manner and abiding by the set Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Ensure tax, insurance, and social insurance payments are correct
Work with HR and Finance teams
Keep payroll records confidential
Conduct monthly verification with the banks regarding payment accuracy through ensuring the employees accounts.
Prepare for Financial monthly closing ensuring data accuracy.
Prepare reporting data for the top management upon request.
Prepare and follow up on payroll related data flow from different departments and divisions on a monthly basis.
Answer employee questions about salary and clarifications
