Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff member for a full-time, on-site role in Hawally. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks may include supporting sales efforts, handling customer transactions, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively assist and engage with customers.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetics and beauty trends is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Proficiency in retail sales and cash handling, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Adaptability to handle a fast-paced retail environment and to learn about new products.
• Prior experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in sales or cosmetics are beneficial.
