Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections on the production line and monitor the quality status of key processes.
  • Respond promptly to quality anomalies on the production line and coordinate root cause analysis with relevant personnel.
  • Lead quality improvement projects in the production process to enhance product first-pass yield.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of quality control plans on the production site.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of quality-related work experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in the electronics, automotive, or precision manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with production line quality control processes and methodologies.
