Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and improve the quality management system and quality policies, and develop product quality plans with a preventive approach.
  • Tackle complex quality anomalies and drive specialized improvements, as well as plan and organize quality initiatives.
  • Streamline and optimize quality-related processes, and establish and enhance quality information systems.
  • Develop product risk management and control mechanisms, refine in-process quality control points and management workflows, and implement effective monitoring.
  • Participate in and provide design support for intelligent and digital quality management projects in manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor production quality, and facilitate cross-functional analysis and improvement of major quality defects.
  • Collect, summarize, and feedback quality evaluation abnormality information during new product introductions, track improvement effectiveness, and establish inspection standards.
  • Stay informed about industry-leading quality management practices and methodologies, and lead learning and promotion efforts.
  • Assist the manager in daily quality management and work allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of quality-related work experience in the electronics industry (experience in computer or server industry preferred).
  • Proficient in quality control tools such as QC Seven Tools, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
  • Familiar with ISO9001; basic knowledge of server fundamentals is advantageous.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and teamwork spirit.
  • Good command of English in listening, speaking, and writing.
