Job Responsibilities
- Establish end-to-end quality system framework for the factory.
- Maintain quality systems and coordinate with corporate quality system departments for external audits.
- Conduct internal quality system audits and implement closed-loop management.
- Develop and operate internal continuous improvement systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with common issues in computer hardware and OS systems, basic FA analysis skills, and knowledge of quality control processes.
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills. Preferred Job Requirements:: proficiency in quality tools/digital tools, possession of PMP/Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certifications.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
