The Staffing Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the IT staffing industry. 70% farming (managing existing clients)
20% hunting (new business development)
Role Description
As a Staffing Account manager, he/she will be responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. He/she will coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

Develop and execute a business growth strategy focused on driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
Identify and target potential clients within key market segments through market research, networking, and business intelligence.
Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities, emerging trends, and evolving customer needs.
Generate new business by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their talent acquisition challenges, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
Drive account growth through strategic farming of existing clients, identifying new business units, stakeholders, and opportunities within established accounts.
Schedule and lead meetings with prospective and existing clients to present solutions and strengthen business relationships.
Promote the company's staffing and workforce solutions by aligning offerings with client objectives and anticipated business needs.
Prepare, negotiate, and manage sales contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Foster long-term client partnerships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue forecasts, contracts, invoices, and account performance using CRM systems.
Provide reliable post-sales support, addressing client concerns and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Build and sustain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, helping them enhance their sales, relationship management, and business development capabilities.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, gross margin, client acquisition, and account growth targets.

Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, or Sales, preferably within the Manpower Outsourcing, IT Staffing, Recruitment, or HR Services industry.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and key contractual clauses including payment terms, liabilities, indemnities, confidentiality, termination, non-solicitation, and compliance requirements. This is a mandatory requirement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of developing and growing client accounts while consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with contract staffing, managed services, outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and staffing industry best practices.
Established network of clients and industry contacts within the target market.
Experience working in a target-driven environment with ownership of revenue and account growth objectives.
Leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior sales or account management professionals.
